Recruitment Officer

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata per annum

Full time, Term Time Only plus 3 Additional weeks per year

To ensure expert delivery and support of high quality end to end recruitment activity and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract best candidates to meet Multi Academy Trust needs within a framework of best practice, policy and law. You will ensure appointment of all employees will be made on merit and in accordance with the provisions of Employment Law, Keeping Children Safe in Education and the school’s Recruitment and Selection and Equality and Diversity policy.
