Train to Teach

Train to Teach is our own in-house teaching programme, created by BMAT for those who are interested in the teaching profession.

The Train to Teach programme provides participants the opportunity to begin to work towards achieving QTS, through a combination of classroom experience, reflective practice, CPD and mentoring.

When they have been assessed and found ready, Train to Teach teachers continue their route to QTS by joining the School Direct or Straight to Teaching programmes.
